What time can I check in?
Apartments are available from 2:00pm and you have to hand over property back to us by 10:00am on the day of departure. We offer early check-in or late check-out free of charge based on availability to the guests booking directly with us on-line. Early check in & late out are charged at rate of £20.00 each.
Are there any extra costs?
There are no additional costs added to your booking unless you request to modify reservation or ask for additional services. Your fresh towels, linen and toiletries are included. Final housekeeping is also included in total booking value.
Do the apartments have access to WI-FI?
Yes, all of them.
Do you accept pets in your apartments?
Unfortunately we can’t accommodate pets.
Do you have free parking?
Most of apartments benefit from private & secure parking space. Parking is offered free of charge and some of apartments benefit from more than one parking space.
Do you offer any discounts to the guests?
Yes, we offer 5% discount for guests booking on-line on ThistleApartments.co.uk and 10% for returning guests. There are number of other great offers in "News & Special Offers" section of the page.
Can I use your free taxi service?
Yes, If you booked your apartment directly with us for minimum of 3 days. Even if your booking don’t qualify for free taxis, we can help you with arrival and arrange for Aberdeen Airport transfer.
Are your apartments family friendly?
Yes, Most of apartments we manage are fitted with more than one TV/DVD. We can also arrange for free travel cot and high chair as well as help with airport transfers.
What’s in the kitchen?
Kitchen is fully equipped and fully suitable for self catering holidays. Most of apartments also have dish washer.
Can I choose my bed layout?
Yes, we can offer you to choose bedroom configuration. Please choose from: (2 King Size) or (1 King Size and 2 Single Beds) or (4 Single Beds).
Do I have to pay security deposit?
Yes, we leave you in charge of apartment and deposit of £150.00 needs to be pre-authorised on your credit card. Damage deposit is released back to your card after housekeeping is finished, on the day of departure.
